In Sanskrit Pizhichil means ‘to squeeze’. Pizhichil the topmost rejuvenation treatment from Ayurveda to become young again. Pizhichil is a treatment which combines two therapies Snehana and Swedhana. Snehana meaning oil massage and Swedhana meaning to induce sweat. This treatment helps in circulation of blood and also removes all the toxins through sweat.

In this treatment, precious warm medicated oil is squeezed on to the patient’s body, with soft massage in a rhythmic way

This treatment is very useful for Rheumatic diseases like Arthritis, Paralysis, Hemiplegia, Paralysis-Antiaging, Sexual Weakness, Nervous Weakness and Nervous disorders etc.
