In this procedure, a compartment of flour is placed around the knee joint that is under pain. medicated lukewarm oil is poured into the compartment. The duration of this procedure is between 30 and 40 minutes. Janu Vasti is an effective ayurvedic treatment that provides great relief to knee pain.
